Will you be at the next Market Collective?
I get asked this question a lot. For the better part of a year, the answer was always "I don't know but I keep applying each time" - but now the answer is (and probably will forever be) No.
Because I don't meet their criteria as a hand made jeweler.
Now anyone who knows me, or has seen me in person, has probably noticed that I make my own jewellery.
In fact, I make jewellery full time. For a living. I spend countless hours online sourcing the best deals, buying wholesale supplies, and evolving packaging and designs. I do my very best to make sure my products are created with quality materials, while also maintaining an affordable price point for my clients.
Whether it's wire work, or simply adhering stones to a base, in some way shape or form all jewellery on my table, and in my shop (with the exception of pendulums) are hand made by me. The pendulums can be argued too, since I cut chains/cord, assemble them, and hang the pendant on them. Simple, yet a form of jewellery making so many of us see - and I don't try to hide it.
I'm not going to get into all of the pre made, pre purchased elements that go into making jewellery because that's not the point.
The point is:
I had the opportunity to vend market collective for three years. I made great connections with customers and artisans and made some amazing friendships! I'm sad to say that it's beyond my control that I won't be returning.
But good news!
There are a number of places locally and online where you can find me or my jewellery - and as always, I encourage custom requests.
I have an events page where local markets I'm attending are posted.
My jewellery is available at:
Trend Fashions in Kensington
And on this website!
If you're in Calgary and would like to save on shipping - just shoot me an email with what you're looking for and I can deliver!
That's all for today -
But stay tuned for a big announcement November 1st!
I feel like I blinked - and then BAM! October...
I just finished my annual move last week and am not remotely close to finished unpacking. However, I am trying my best to keep Etsy fully stocked and my next task is doing a complete remodel of the store on this website!
Seems my blog is a bit buggy so I'll add some links in an edit, but I have some coupons going on my Etsy shop:

*Use coupon 10BUCKSOFF to receive $10 off your purchase of $40 or more*
